Welcome to the Leydet Lab Website. Our lab is interested in understanding complex vector-borne disease systems. Using tick-borne diseases, we are interested in identifying factors that influence the ecology of pathogens in vector-host systems and how this affects human health. This means we implement a wide range of different types of research to answer our questions, including proteomics, molecular biology and field work.
